Founder & CEO

Chris is a seasoned technologist and entrepreneur dedicated to building for social good. He started his career developing online interactive games and building both software and hardware for online bulletin board systems. His path shifted towards social impact after extensive experience in developing countries. Holding a doctorate from Harvard University with a focus on economics and empirical methods, Chris founded Dobility. Under his leadership, Dobility has empowered over 2000 teams in 160 countries to gather high-quality data for impactful policy and program evaluations.

Frances Tain

Public Health Specialist

Frances Tain is an accomplished public health consultant with over two decades of experience in international health and development. Specializing in reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health, Frances excels in program management, strategic planning, and impactful training. She has crafted key proposals for organizations like Pathfinder and Boston Medical Center. Her expertise extends to providing strategic development and technical writing services to groups like Jhpiego and Dobility, Inc. in international contexts ranging from Laos to Ukraine.

Lawrence Li

Director and Advisor

Lawrence is an experienced investor and startup operator. He currently serves as the President & CEO of Dobility, focused on scaling its impact and allowing the organization to bring affordable, high-quality data collection to a growing set of users and contexts. Prior to Dobility, Lawrence built extensive experience as an investor in both both private and public markets. He started his career with the Boston Consulting Group after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and systems engineering from Georgia Tech.

Marc Zampetti

Technical Advisor

Marc is a seasoned technology leader. He has over 30 years of experience working in technology across a number of industries including government, life science, media and entertainment, software and consulting. He has been fortunate to have a number of roles for a range of organizations including government agencies, large multi-national enterprises, internet companies, small software firms, consulting and startups. Marc received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
